Once you've registered, there are a couple of things you need to do. We'll send you our P.O. Box address and your Unique Customer Code (U.C.C.) (to ensure your mail’s security) for you to arrange a mail redirection with Australia Post. Then, you can just relax, enjoy your travels and leave the rest to us.
Rest assured your mail is being well looked after, securely. We collect your mail and update your information daily, so that you can log in to your account and keep up to date on the status of your mail anytime, anywhere.
From wherever you are, you can request your mail, update your forwarding address, or top up your postage fund as often as you need to.
Depending on the service level you've selected, we'll either forward your mail to your nominated address weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or whenever you request it; or scan the envelope(s) and send you an email the same day, showing what was received so you can decide what you want us to do with it. We'll even open a letter, scan and email it to you and then shred it for your security, at your request.
Not a problem! We exist to provide you with a mail forwarding service that works in with your plans, not the other way 'round. Nothing is too much trouble. Just let us know what your requirements are, and we will extend your subscription for you. You can also upgrade or scale back your membership at any given time.
